Our mission

Our mission is to provide veterans with the opportunity to be the best version of themselves through fitness and well-being support. We understand the unique challenges veterans face, and we offer a judgement-free environment to help them achieve their health, fitness, and well-being goals.  

 

What We Offer

Free, Accessible Fitness Sessions: We provide free outdoor fitness sessions tailored to all fitness levels, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.  
Focus on Holistic Well-being: In addition to physical training, we offer monthly nutritional workshops to complement the fitness sessions, providing practical advice on healthy eating and meal planning.  
Community and Camaraderie: Our project fosters a renewed sense of camaraderie and purpose, which is essential for veterans' transition into civilian life.  
Why It Matters

 

Research shows that veterans are at a higher risk of developing physical and mental health issues. Our Tactical Fitness project addresses these needs by: 

Providing accessible, veteran-focused fitness programs.  
Offering nutritional support to maximise the benefits of physical training.  
Creating a supportive community where veterans can connect and thrive.
